I had Maria and Maria cleaners do a move-out clean for the condo I had lived in for five years. I wasn't there at the time of the cleaning as I had already moved out several days prior, but the photos they sent and subsequently seeing the place a few days later when I did a final walk-through were very impressive. They were extremely thorough in cleaning everything top to bottom, inside and out. It was a sharp contrast from a different company who cleaned my new house -- I even asked Pedro if they could come out to clean the new house but I am unfortunately outside of their service area. Maria and Maria did a wonderful job on the condo, and I got 100% of my security deposit back because of them. Thank you!

Maria and team are really fantastic at what they do. I always come home to a fresh and tidy apartment after they come by. They clean toilets, make beds, vacuum, scrub my range, fluff cushions and wipe down surfaces--being very careful to put things back as they were before. They even polish the chrome on the sinks, run the dishwasher, and take out my trash and recycling! In my dream world, they'd be here once a week! Maria is also super flexible and personable, she'll always squeeze me in when I need it. So glad I found her!

Maria (daughter) and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past few months- trustworthy, punctual, flexible when needed and incredibly polite and hardworking. They've left my apartment spotless each and every time and really focus on those small details (crown moulding, eco-friendly chemicals, hard to reach corners) that shows they know their craft. In addition, she and her family (family run business) have always been on call for a last minute scheduling and additional cleaning requests (fridge and oven). Hats off to Maria and team for running a tight ship- highly recommended!

Wow! Maria and her team POLISHED my place! I'm very impressed with not only the quality of the clean but all the details they paid attention to, in such a quick amount of time. Not just sweeping and mopping but all of the bookshelves were dusted, crevasses in between couch/chair cushions, kitchen cabinets, toaster crumbs, blinds, window sills, absolutely spotless glass showers and brightened grout. They emptied and cleaned my dish rack, and even cleaned / wiped down the INSIDE of my fridge! There is nothing left untouched, very happy with the service. It's true that the online booking system does not match their actual availability but their communication via phone/text was quick and easy. Would recommend and use again!

I cannot tell a lie! Actually that was a lie, but other than that, I'm serious. Pedro and his team are second to none. I am so glad I found them. They did everything I wouldn't. Including, brushing the blinds with a broom! They wiped the baseboards and scraped the cracks in between. True professionals is how I would describe them. Enough said. Choose Maria and Maria if you want a job done well. I think it's his mom and grandma's name, I'm not sure.

The team at Maria and Maria is fast, polite, and thorough. I'm usually the one at home when they come to clean, but one time, my wife was here instead and when they were done, she called me. "OMG babes, they're done in like, 50 minutes! It was like a hurricane: they came in, swept through the whole place, took out the garbage, and boom! I had trouble finding a spot to sit while they worked because they were all over the place!" She was pretty happy - and so am I. Thanks to both Marias and to Pedro, who acts as their coordinator. Will keep using them as long as they'll have us as a customer!

I'm a new customer and have been impressed with the quality of communication, level of customer service, speed of execution and quality of work I've seen so far. After I booked online, Pedro took the time to call me and understand the scope of the work. He asked what issues I had with previous cleaners so that he could be sure to attend to those. He showed up the next day at my 1600 sq. ft. townhouse with his crew and they were able to finish the job quickly. They left no trace, other than a clean beautiful home! I was pleased, so I ended up signing up for weekly service at a discount. Happy to have finally found a cleaner that I can stick with.

Wow, this is our first time hiring outside assistance for cleaning of our condo. Life is now busier for wife/son/I, and the weekends go way too fast to spend hours cleaning. We started off with a 1 hour bathroom/kitchen clean deal to see if we would like it. Can't believe how much was cleaned in the 1 hour! Weve been getting biweekly cleanings for about a year now and they do a terrific job. We have two cats and they do a great job at removing all the pet hair. Pedro is very responsive by email and they are accommodating when I need to change days. I just used their services for a move-out cleaning. What an exceptional job they did! Granted we left the apartment in really dire conditions living with 2 cats. There was dust and fur all on the carpets. Maria was accommodating with a last minute appointment and Pedro and his crew cleaned everything in an hour. I own a carpet cleaner and Pedro was able to wash the carpets for me for an additional fee. My management company was so impressed with the cleaning, I'll be getting my full deposit back thanks to these guys. Highly recommended. I wish I had found out about them sooner when I lived in the area.
