  • For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
  • For same-day cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged.

We kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice of any cancellations to avoid any inconvenience.
